CNRS (Lead Partner) accompanied by partner UCLM went to meet Ms. Concepción Marcuello of the Directorate General of Water in Madrid, Friday, September 8th. The meeting provided an opportunity to present the status of this first year of the AGUAMOD project. AGUAMOD inputs are identified to define a standard methodology and common language around ecosystem services and their assessment. Ms. Concepción Marcuello recalled the importance for the AGUAMOD project of entering into the construction of management plans and in particular stressed the importance of identifying gaps and proposing, as far as possible, new planning indicators as well as associated methods. It was agreed to meet again in January / February when the first elements of the project (platform, planning indicators) are available
